5. Using language to achieve impact
Learn literary techniques you can use to explain your message and make it more memorable. We explore essential language concepts and review how great leaders have used these to convey their messages.
6. Prepare and deliver effective presentations
Practice delivery of important messages that are memorable and motivating. Learn how to structure your message and why storytelling is so effective, before practicing the techniques.
7. Handling difficult situations
In this section you'll learn how to effectively handle challenges such as delivering unpopular news, increasing team motivation, restoring credibility, and winning hearts and minds.
8. Different business situations and audiences
Understanding how to adapt your message depending on the audience and situation. We look at the four key communication channels and how to select the right media for your message.
9. Sell your organization's vision, mission, and values
Learn to optimize internal communication and sell your organization's vision, mission, and values to your team members. You'll practice what you've learned in our TEDx-styled theatre with speech analysis.
